About

I am a software engineering leader with a track record of translating technology strategy into measurable delivery outcomes. My work spans enterprise and startup environments, from building platforms from the ground up to modernizing complex, integration-heavy ecosystems.

Today, I serve as Director of IT Applications at Sedgwick, leading 50+ engineers across platform, product, QA, and release functions. My focus is improving delivery predictability, reducing production incidents, and building durable standards across development and release practices. I stay closely involved in architecture decisions and code reviews while developing leaders and operating rhythms that scale.

Previously, I was CTO and cofounder at Donde, where I built the backend platform from the ground up and partnered closely across product, engineering, and business to deliver a consumer travel and fintech platform. I led payments and partner integrations, designed scalable cloud architecture, and established practices that supported growth, uptime, and audit readiness.

Earlier in my career, I led teams across digital agency delivery, Fortune 50 enterprise consulting, and large-scale product development at OC Tanner, where I managed distributed engineering and R&D teams and supported enterprise platforms with high availability and complex integrations.
